A Passion for
Olive Oil
With an innovative, young, dynamic and entrepreneurial
spirit, I, Mehmet KOŞAN, have been involved in olive oil production since 2017. In the last 5 years, I established my own facility and have been focusing on producing the highest quality extra virgin olive oils.
I have completed an intensive training programme to be an Olive Oil Sommelier in the state of San Francisco, USA.
I am excited to use my knowledge and experience to produce the healthiest products and deliver them to healthy generations in the sector.

The Mediterranen climate with warm and dry summers and warm and rainy winters is effective on the Aegean coasts. The Black Sea climate is felt on the Marmara coast. So this place is warm in the summer and ideal for olive cultivation.
